Tangs

So here is my situation I have 4 tangs in my 300 all the pretty close to same size (3.5"-4"). I have a Purple tang that is 5", definitely larger than all the rest, in another tank that I need to move over in the next few days. My question is will I be OK?

The other tangs are Blonde Naso, Vlamingi, Clown, and Kole. I'm worried more about size of fish than anything.

I'm worried about now. Mostly the purple beating up on my other tangs.

Purple tang goes into the new tank last for sure. Blondie first, kole tang second and not sure the order of the other two but I think a clown is aggressive too. A real tang person would know for sure. Jeremy will probably chime in.

All other tangs are already in tank only one left is the purple. He is quite a bit larger than all others. My only concern is the purple beating up on the smaller tangs, even though he is the last tang to go in.

I think you will be okay since the purple is going in last. The other tangs may harass him a little but since he's larger he will be able to hold his own. I'm no expert but just from my experience.

My thoughts are the same but if they get into a slash fest I might lose one of the smaller fish.

You should be ok, but if in doubt, you can always sell it to me

I think you will be fine. My yellow beat up on the purple when I first put it in but after a few hours it died down.

+1 on good to go with purple holding his own, not picking on others..
