tank water sticky

Does anyone know why my tank water makes my hands feel sticky? Water too hard? Parameters seem ok. Corals growth looks fine, except for my chalices that are acting weird.

Calcium 400
Mag 1250
Alk 8.5
pH 8.2
Salinity 1.025
Nitrates 5-10

The Salt in general makes my hands feel that way. Has the water changed recently or always felt that way?

it's been about 6 months or so. I have another tank and it does not feel the same way.
