Tek 5 8X54 Watt Not working Right

I was wondering if anyone else has had an issue with their tek light or maybe know what I can do to fix it. Out of 8 lights, the back 2 stopped working. The lights are OK because I put them in a different position and they work fine. I believe there is only one starter so I am thinking the ballasts are bad. Dont know if they can be fixed or if I have to replace the whole unit?
