I just bought a tank on craigslist & it has 2 holes drilled with bulkheads installed in each of the top rear corners of the tank. I would like to keep these bulkheads in place in case I decide to use them at some point down the road but I don't need to use them now. Does anyone have any ideas on how to seal these bulkheads closed so they are water tight for now until I decide to put them to use later?

If you really want to keep them usable, glue a ball valve in place on the outside of the tank. I recommend using true union valves.
