So what do you do when you have to wait a week between selling your light fixture and your new one arriving? Whatever you have to....

I bought a dual 250 ballast and a pendant (thanks PG) for my upcoming frag tank so I added another pendant today (thanks Mike) and needed something to put the lights on....

Spare closet rack, seems to work very well...hahaha

yeah, no holes to drill and easy to move around and CHEAP if you have extra. ....And you don't have to worry about it melting like egg crate or something like that.

Nice idea. Did you check that the closet rack paint is not melting?

not paint but plastic coating and so far so good and they've been on there for 4 hrs. And you could easily wrap the sections that would touch in aluminum foil to be sure.

change that - not plastic but some other thick paint like coating but no issues whatsoever so far.
