I had a customer ask me about this today. He can't read many test kits because he is colorblind, but he'd like to be able to test at home when he can't get to the store. Does anyone know of a good one to recommend for him?

Hanna Instruments makes handheld colorimeters for $50 and is coming out with more. Click

Have you used these? I'm red-green colorblind and would love to be able to read the tests myself.

Unfortunately, no I haven't used any of these digital readout devices. However, I have used some of Hanna's other instruments (e.g., TDS meter) and have never had a problem with them.

I'll be looking for some reviews on these when my test kits run out because I am also "Test Kit Color Chart Challenged"! :confused2:
