RIT is the man, and Atlanta Aquarium is where it's at. #1 in customer service for sure. If you haven't been to RITs; what are you waiting for? I drive to RITs and it's only about 110 miles to get from my house to the front door of RIT's. Well worth the journey for me!

Great shop!
killer selection of corals and fish. my kids were hooked up with some juice and my wife picked out a nice zoa as a bonus. very cool shop, i could spend hours looking over the tanks.

You have found Atlanta's Best Kept Secret ---- ABKS for short. RIT knows his customers; and I feel as though I'm part of his family every time I walk into his store. Customer service at it's best; some fruit juices for the kids. Although I'm middle aged, I want a fruit drink too! Just kiddin'! You won't find a better reef store than RIT's in customer service.

Maybe Thomasvision could stop by RIT's place and you all can gain a perspective from the video on how wonderful the customer service is at RIT's --- Atlanta Aquarium. Thomasvision are you seeing this message, if so; maybe you could shoot a video if your in the local area. Thanks.

Thomas did stopped by about 3 months or so ago. He offered to do something. I don't remember what we talked about since it was so hectic that day but I declined the offer. I'm not sure what a video can do for the store.

I have folks from the east coast to the west coast and anywhere in between visiting our store regularly. Although they were referred by someone, I like the look in their faces when they saw the unexpected amount of corals, the quantities and the colors. I think a video would spoiled the fun.

RIT; you have some very valid points above. I was thinking: tear down the exterior walls and expand into the parking lot area. This of course; would require some more working staff members. I would volunteer some of my time on the weekend if I didn't live 120 miles away from you. I believe the best advertisement is: word of mouth; as you have already stated above. I know the feeling of the first time customer, my lower jaw hit the floor of your store and I had trouble trying to get it back in place for some time. Your selection of corals, :wow2: WOW! And your price on RO water, another :wow2: WOW! I could keep going and going; but I'm getting hungry now that I've done all this typing. Maybe you should add something to your store sign, Atlanta Aquarium; <u>ready to be WOWed?</u>
