RIT's place, i.e. Atlanta Aquarium has it going on. Customer service is top notch. When I'm able to make the 95+ mile (one way) journey to Atlanta; Atlanta Aquarium is the top of my list of reef stores to shop.

I have been in his store before and it was great... I share the same sentiment that I wish the drive was not so far. Looking forward to web access

With distance and time I've never made it to the store and I'm certainly looking forward to purchasing some of your beautiful stock online!

:wow2: just 15 minutes away! If I lived that close, I would be holding a sign up outside the front door that states; "I will work for reef stuff!" since all of my extra cash would have already been spent at the Atlanta Aquarium since I lived so close .

It's taking a lot of time to put everything together for the online store and our template is not cooperating. We may need to talk to you about the website.

you should stay woth a store i can visit. if i have to order something i might as well go with bulk reef or marine depot. id keep some sort of store i can "swing by" and pay the markup for you having it onhand.

dont get too caught up in online. it is a very competitive market

if you want to damsel out some wild caught acro and call it the forget-me-not, fine. online it. but i wouldnt be so hasty. we all go to your shop cuz you have the coral crack rock locally.

Atlanta Aquarium;1074494 wrote: Yes, I understand where you are coming from but going online will make us better in term of quality, price, service and selection for the brick and mortar store. Of course, it's easier said than done. Only time will tell. One thing for sure. It's taking a lot of my time. You are right. It is a very competive market in the online arena but so is for the brick and mortar.

you have a good thing locally. i support ya either way my friend.

you can always call me about your site woes
