Well, I think i may have found a way to get my achilles tang to accept pellets. I read this on TRT and the basic plan is to soak nori in selcon. Then after that crush NLS pellets to a dust like substance and powder it onto the nori, let it dry on the nori, and hopefully after a while the achilles will realize the smell of the nori and pellets are the same, and go after the pellets. Has anyone else used this method? Has anybody else used any other method?

While not a tang I have had some success getting my anthias to eat pellets with a similar method.
I crushed pellets up into Mysis shrimp and soaked it all in selcon. After a week I start leaving the pellets larger and larger, but still mixing with mysis. All of my females will now take pellets by themselves, but I am still having trouble with my male. He will eat them if they are mixed with Mysis, but will not touch them if I feed them alone even if they have selcon on them.

Keep in mind that tangs NEED lots of vegetable matter, so after he'll take pellets you still need to feed the nori regularly.

I know, i just want to get him onto pellets, it seems like the fish i have that will accept nori, and pellets seem to do the best in my tank.

You are over thinking this. I feed my tank mainly pellets, everything eats it.

I've had my Achilles for 2 weeks. It hasn't touched a pellet.

Just cycle ur food 3 day dry, 1 day frozen. They will learn from others. Crushing up dry food such as pellets seems like so much work. Simplify things.

Some of us are not lazy and still enjoy doing this kind of stuff!:)

I'm not lazy!!!!!! :( but honestly the crushing up of pellets seems to be a bad idea. How much of it will get eaten vs going into the overflow. You guys should come over one day. I am probably the cheapest person, and wasting fish food is a no no to me lol.
