I just placed my 2nd order from Jim within the past year and wow... I HAVE NEVER HAD SERVICE LIKE THIS, he is the perfect example of how a business should be ran.

I talked to him for over an hour total on 3 different occasions on Monday, all about filters and a unit that was not even purchased from him. On top of that hes emailed me twice now regarding the order. Oh, and the order was shipped out the same day.

I would gladly pay a markup for the quality of service he provides, yet the prices are dirt cheap.

Anyways, I'm done bragging, hope this helps someone thinking of placing an order.

Thanks for the update. I too had a great experience with them. I know you can save money buying a less expensive unit on ebay, but I think the extra few bucks is worth the quality and service.
