Those dreaded Green polyps are taking over

ok, How do I rid the green ugly polyps that are taking over everything in my 60 cube, I have candy canes and Rbtas and these pests are overrunning everything . please don't tell me I will have to remove all the rock, My Pistol shrimp and yellow watchman pair will be disturbed. Also a pair of Wyoming clowns. please help
