Where can I get one? I want to add a wrasse or maybe 2. I understand they're jumpers and all the sites I look at say a "tight fitting lid" should be installed. Is there a place I can get a pre-fab one, or do they have to be made?

Pure Reef makes a custom lid, but not sure how tight it is.
Red Sea also makes a DIY kit that might be appropriate to fit your tank too. It’s a measurement size and the rest is cut and fabricate to size based on your needs such as overflow, wiring, etc. Pure Reef has those in stock too in various sizes.
I heard some people use the gyre type wave systems to create a water wall across the top of the tank. Jumpers lose momentum as they approach the invisible water wall. Not sure how that would work if they caught the wave just right!
