Anyone know if these could come back, or are they too far gone?

Tank had a major Alk drop and idk if these will come back or if I’m just wasting time focusing on them as the “health” indicator of my tank. The parameters have been sta

I’m sure the large acan colony could make it, but they retracted overnight and haven’t been right since.

I have a god torched mushrooms, and some zoas that are doing fine. Just not sure if I’m wasting time and worries over something that’s basically a dead coral walking.

Don't go chasing numbers to correct it overnight but if you slowly get back to baseline over a week or so then keep it steady all of those corals look like they can make it back.
It took me about a week to get the Alk and calcium back in line. All dropped to like 5.5. It’s been steady ever since, and calcium has been around the 400-450 mark as well.

Going into week 3 after the fixed parameters and they’re still looking like they’re on deaths doorstep

What value did alk drop from to 5.5 dkh?
Around 9 dkh I believe. I got caught up in life, depression, and other stuff and neglected to do anything with the tank.
What are your nutrients at?
Lowering the lights by 10% could help some too.
I did drop the lights, they are currently running at 35% (g5 Radion xr30 blue)

Phosphate measured 0.00 at the time with Hanna low range, last check a week ago they were .02
