Tiny bubbles -- not the song

I think my over fill problem with my tank was the introduction of the new ATO system that was adding too much water too fast.

I think I've fixed the problem but while doing so noticed that when the system kicks in -- it produces millions of tiny bubbles in the tank for just a brief moment. It dissipates very quickly. Should I be concerned?
