Tiny hammers

I’ve heard of people trying to frag the tiny heads if they’re under bigger heads of hammers and not growing properly, but these are such tiny heads and feel like not only would fragging destroy these guys but how strong of a survival do they have? Will they even grow where they are at? Kinda new to euphylia!
