I seen a video of a girl using a sharpie to color tape and cover the camera. May be worth a try.

I ordered some gel sheets from Amazon. Mine are horrible. They aren't very clear and there are marks and scratches on them. The color is being corrected with them decently (would have to play around with them more) but my pictures are foggy. Might try the clip on one you mentioned.
