To Drill or not to Drill

If you want to see if glass is tempered or not, take it outside in the sunshine and look at it through a pair of sunglasses that are polarized. If the glass is tempered it will look funny (sort of an x pattern.)

If you look at the rear window of any car you will see what I am talking about.

There is a picture of it on this link.

Let Chris do it. He does this stuff all day and can really help you out. If you can't afford to buy another tank, I wouldn't risk it.

sounds good has anyone on here used a glass-holes.com overflow box? i was looking at them seemed to be a pretty good price or do you guys know of someone else with good overflow boxes?

I thought you were going to drill.

I don't have any experience with purchasing overflow boxes, but I bet if Chris drilled your tank, he could build you a box as well.

Put your tank in your vehicle and drive to the store. I have a DIY workshop for ARC users and I will be happy to help you drill your tank and help you build your own overflow box.
