I posted a thread earlier about my cyano problem. It has gotten better, but it seems "low flow" is supposed to be one of the problems that causes this. I now have an Octopus 1500 GPH on one side of my tank and a Koralia 3 and a 250GPH on the other side of the tank. So I have 2600GPH of flow in a 55. The problem is no matter how I point the powerheads, my xenia are bowed over as if in a hurricane. So I'm thinking the Octopus was a little bit of overkill. Any suggestions? Should I downgrade from the 1500?

The xenia will learn to deal with the flow. They'll grow stronger and thicker stalks, or atleast mine did.

Just make sure the powerheads are not pointed directly at the corals and it should be fine.
