I know this has been asked many times but can not find the posts. I am currently running a 60g in an upstairs bedroom. I just got a 120 and want to swap them out. Any concerns in putting a 120 on the 2nd floor? House was built in like 2004. Thanks in advance. :)

I have my 90 gallon with total 100g volume in a bedroom on my second floor. I haven't had any problems, it's been set up almost a year now. I put it on a load-bearing wall.

that's only @ 1000 pounds, which should be no issue whatsoever. Think about a full bath in your bathroom.

Right?! Water beds are soooo 80's.

Did however make me laugh, then reminisce on all the fun I had on my water bed in my late high school early college years... Now I'm just depressed!

Lol!

Ah, the good ol' days!

I had a water bed until 5 years ago. Loved it. But my temper pedicure is mind blowing

Sometimes I too lose my temper when pedicured

As long as it's sitting against a load bearing wall and laying across the floor joist, you should be able to hold a 300 gallon tank with minimal deflection.
