Torch Coral Trouble

Just got a beautiful colony of Torch Coral about a week ago. It has 4 heads. Yesterday one of the heads did not look very happy and pretty much disintegrated. There was also a brown poop looking think on it during the process. Today the entire head is almost gone. The other three heads on the other hand are doing completely fine. What is going on? What should I do?

I ended up loosing about 10 heads off each coral. Best to cut off the bad head and get it out of the tank quickly. Try not to let any of the jelly come off and float in the tank.
