torch tips

So ive been puzzled by this issue. Maybe not a issue idk. I have a og holygrail that for months has got really big tips. Ive had this happen on another torch as well. Im serious when i say the tips are bigger than a popcorn kernel. And its not all the tips but most. Just curious if anyone knows. My paramaters do not change everything is great there. Any help would be great.
