Need some advice...My 4 year old Picasso Clown pair seem to have some Brooklynella. What is the best treatment I can use in a hospital tank? How long should I treat them in this tank? They are still in their original home(60 Gal). Thanks for the advice

Formalin 3 is best if you can get it. Not as easy as it used to be. Failing that, Hikarin Ich-X for saltwater contains it.
QT only and remove the carbon from the filter.
Time is of the essence. I've seen fish with Brook last for weeks but I've also seen it kill within a few hours of symptoms becoming visible.
