All of a sudden, my Tunze 9002 has started producing tons of micro bubbles for now reason. Anyone ever experience this? No mods or anything to it, it just started for no reason.

I'm gonna try completely cleaning it, then just let it break-in again. I thought operating it a few minutes in a mild bleach solution and then letting it run in a vinegar solution for a while, then just letting it dry a few days.

Anyone else have this problem with a Tunze?

Can't comment on the problem, but as far as cleaning, any reason for the bleach? Just rinse it out with the garden hose, run it in vinegar/rodi for 30min, then in ro/di for another 30, and put it back in the tank.

Tunze Nano's are incedibly compact, and being black plastic, you can't see crap in it.

I figure bleach would help disolve any organics inside it, and the vinegar disolve any calcerous build up.

I'm trying it now, but in a hurry since I'm on a break from working a double today....

I'll let you know how it goes
