TUNZE problems

i woke up this moring to my tunze single contoller making this HIGH pitched sound. well i looked at the power head and its not moving. you think the head could be jammed and thats causing the noice?

Take it out put it in vineger and soak it for a few hours, it makes that noise when it gets stuck...

stupid **** problem. i go to take the powerhead out the water and i notice there is something that looks like a shell in there. i take the top off and there is a **** snail in the power head
