Understanding Phosphates

I got myself a Hanna Phosphate checker and have just done the first test. The results were .30 ppm. I don't have anything to measure that against. My assumption is that this is a very low number and is acceptable however I don't know that. Thoughts?

.25 is usually the upper limit id accept with an alk of ~10

Thanks! I tested about 30 mins after the second set of lights came on this morning. It's another 2 hours to feed time.

Thanks Russ...I'm at an alk of 9. I just didn't have a benchmark to go from.
