Unhappy Anemone

My Anemone has been very unhappy for the past several days. It has shrunk up and has very short tentacles which have turned from a reddish brown color to a patina color. Additionally, It really looks like five new baby Anemones have spawned in my tank. Perhaps they are a new type of coral but they are the spitting image of the big anemone I have. Any Ideas?
