Not a very good picture, but best I could take. Only about a 1/4" long. Clear, has mouth shaped like a spoon. Tail has two tips. Moving along and sucking on the glass. It is in my almost empty frag tank.
 
I does look like a flatworm. If it's still in there, can you clean the glass off, then take another picture?
 
I say its a flat worm. I would get it out because once they start breading they wont stop.
 
If they do become a problem, flatworm exit works great. You just have to be careful and follow their directions exactly.

thanks for the input, it is a flatworm. Burdundi's website he mentioned has a picture posted, looks like his twin.
