Hey guys,
Thanks again for all of your help. I am happy to report that the first week of quarantine (1 week down 11 to go) has went spectacularly. None of the remaining four fish look sick or scared. I can get the clowns and cardinal to eat, but the blenny won't. I think the blenny needs to be in the tank. What can I feed the blenny in quarantine?
The tank is looking sparkling, and the snails, hermits, crabs, and other organisms are happy.
Brandon, your polyps died. The purple thing you gave me is still purple, but has brown and grey spots (dead parts I assume). HOWEVER, the anthia (white flower looking things that flow in the current) are doing GREAT. Everyday, there seems to be a new bud growing, and the pre-existing buds are getting bigger and bigger.
Anyway. Like I said, until things are cool, only hermits, snails, or other such beasties in my tank. BTW, how can I quarantine those guys? I can't freshwater dip them. I am worried storewater on their shells might carry ich.
I am going to try for a flame angel again in 11 weeks. In truth, I was a bit hasty to rush him into QT. The white spots I saw MIGHT (though I am not sure) have been particles in the water that LOOKED like they were on him, not ich spots.
As usual, any info, advice, and comments are welcome from all.
