I have had my 28 nano set up for 2 weeks.
I decided to check the water perematers this morning... ( to just see where I was at )

Well here it is:

PH- 8.1
nitrates - 0.4
salinity-1.022
Temp- 79

So with that being said... Would it be ok to start adding livestock in, even though its only been two week?

I would work on trying to get the salinity up a little higher...perhaps 1.025. Don't forget to check your ammonia levels and nitrites (NO3). Everything else seems to be in order. If they check ok, you can start adding but just go slow. :)

Make doubly sure ammonia and nitrites are 0. I think you'd be OK adding livestock slowly, maybe one specimen per week, but in the past, I've let my tanks cycle for at least three, if not four weeks just to be sure. Some will say this is overkill, but I'd rather be safe than sorry.

BTW, you do have live rock, right?
