Upgrade question

Found a great deal on CL and thinking if hopping on it. A 150 gallon. Guy said he's had it for ten years but has been dry for the last two or so. Thing is I caught a job in dodge city KS and won't be home till July 4th to check it out. He says it still holds water but I figure that was two years ago. The price is good enough to make me think it might be to good to be true. Y'all think it might still hold water? Is it worth checking out?

I would be concerned about a tank that old setting dry for two years. I had sealant flake off of a new tank sitting in the garage for two years. Can he fill it and let it sit for awhile?

I got a beautiful 120 gallon duel overflows with no scratches, tank stand and canopy with lights if you're interested... and it's currently holding water on my backdeck...lol
I'm cleaning it
