Urgent looking for a home for a mandarin

I am looking to give away a mandarin immediately to someone that is able to feed it. The fish has lost weight over the 2 weeks that I've had it despite adding a significant number of copepods to an established tank. I've also been adding live brine shrimp (2-5 days old) to the tank daily. It does not seem to have an appetite for the brine shrimp and the number of copepods in my tank is clearly not sufficient. I'm worried it will starve to death as its now very thin.
