Valonia ? (bubble algae)

I'm assuming that is what the black'ish stuff is? What is the best way to get rid of it? I heard an emerald crab, but is it reef safe? (I also have snails,a few hermits, cleaner shrimp and serpent star as my cuc)

Also.. what are the white things? (near the top of the rock..ect..) I have alot of those also.

Yes, that is bubble algae. It is insideous and you'll want to get an immediate hold on it. Try to remove as much as possible without rupturing the bubbles, as this spreads their spores everywhere.
