starting to see a large population of these all over my tank. I know bumblebee snails will help, any other remedies to keep them in check?

Bumblebees were the only thing that worked for me. Coral snow had no effect. Others have reported that it worked for them, though. I have some calcium carbonate that you're welcome to if you'd like to try it.

I don’t think one can genuinely eradicate vermetid snails from the reef tank without restarting… We can only slow them down. And there are ones that are way more dangerous than the others. The big ones.. seems to come from real ocean live rocks…

Thanks everyone. Coral snow doesn’t work. Just got done with a in tank KFC dip and that a part of the regiment. I’ve added some bumblebee snails and I went in a scraped most that I can find. If anyone wants to learn how the in tank kfc went please reach out. It changed my entire tank for the best.

Bumblebees and targeted smashing is my favorite method. The bumblebees will get the smaller verms under rocks or in overflows, while you can smash the visible ones with a spoon and a little elbow grease. You'll probably never fully eradicate them, but this combo really helps to reduce the population!
