I have 3 viparspectra 165w and the blue light is too blue can someone help me.

Turn the blue down. What setting do you have them on? I just hung two of them over my 120 last evening.

From the searches I've done on that light it's a Black Box with a timer controller and a LCD screen. These type lights have two channels, one for the Blue spectrum and one for everything else or the "White". Most people run these lights with the blue channel higher than the white and it sounds like you haven't turned the second "White" channel on yet. If this is a new system start with the Blue channel at a peak of 50% then set the White channel to a peak of 10% and start easing it up till your liking. The White channel is mostly for our eyes and not the life in the tank. There is some benefit to that channel but many feel it's a waste of power.
