We have completed adding all end of term dates for all paid members. It was quite a process manually inputting dates for over 650 accounts. With the VBulletin (our old platform) it didn't capture first and last names in most of the accounts. With our new system it is a required field and as we get everyone switched over to our current payment system we will revert to using full names instead of user names.
If you feel that your exp date is incorrect or your membership is showing that you are not a paid member and you paid, email the following information. I do make mistakes and I apologize in advance if that is the case.

Please email us - Your ARC user name, PayPal email address and a screen shot of your payment showing the payment, date and transaction #. We wil get it corrected immediately.
To view / print your Virtual Paid member card:
****** Make sure your logged in and click on your profile menu. You will see the link "Membership Card" (on mobile scroll down to the bottom of the menu) click on it and your membership card will pop up on another page. You may print it or show it to the LFS for your discount.
