My tank is fairly new considering everything I still have debri in my water column. What's the beat way to clear it up?

If it really is debris then a media reactor with carbon or a temporary HOB filter like an Aquaclear would do well to clear it up. Look at it real close though to make sure it is really debris and not micro bubbles which are so tiny it looks like debris. Also you could try turning your skimmer up and aggressively wet skim to see if that helps.

the best way is to "polish" your water as it cycles through. Not knowing what kind of set up you have......the easiest way is to use socks in the sump.

socks in the sump (and clean your sump of all particulate)..

UV

Slow down the water moving through your sump to eliminate all microbubbles

Carbon

(these are both mechanical and chemical methods to clear water)

I hope my tank isn't cycling lol. I do have a sock. I think I might have to try a HOB filter approach than. Another day anothe problem in the hobby lol

Edit: I am usin purigen. Should I combine it with carbon?

go to bulk reef supply and watch the vids about carbon, carbon will even take the yellow out of the water, There are really small micron sock available too. IMO when I started running carbon it really brightned the tank

If it is micro solids left over from your substrate, you can use a flocculent to clear the water. These bind the suspended particles together and allows them to be mechanically removed by filter socks, etc.

Caribsea includes packets of flocculent with their reef substrates.

Here is a Kent product:
