Warranty of wp 25?

Bought 2 a few months ago, definitely less than one year like most warranties, and one suddenly just stopped working today. the control pad still lights up, but no action with the pump itself. Anyone know of any warranty available on these pumps?

Where did you buy it from? As far as I know only one vendor typically provides warranty support.

Check for sand behind the impeller. Seems like a single grain brings these pumps to a full stop sometimes

bought it straight from the manufacturer I believe (fish street). tried cleaning it out but still nothing yet

Have you put another head on the controller just to make sure the controller is working properly? If you bought it from Fish-Street....they are the ones to honor the warranty.
