Has anyone ever used gerber pure ro baby water or something similar for water changes? I have some and want to know if it's ok to use. Tank is a FOWLR.

No, but I have used water from Walmart in the past. I think it was called "drinking water" on the label and came in gallon jugs. I cannot remember the color of the lid, but if you read the label it says Reverse Osmosis. When I used it, the TDS was 6.

I have been using great value ro water from Walmart but they were low so I was gonna combine some of that with the ro baby water but I'm having second thoughts.

I would imagine that water for babies would have extra electrolytes and other added stuff. You probably want to look into the ingredients first and make sure they aren't adding too much stuff back to it. If there is a publix near, they have RO water machines in the front of their stores. Bring your own jug. I have used them before when I had to move and needed water in a pinch.

The baby water usually has minerals and electrolytes added. You don't want either of these in your tank water.
