What do you guys use for water mixing and storage? I was considering getting a tank to hold/mix water in. I think it would be useful to have water available and all you have to do is turn a valve to get water. I would love to see pics of your mixing stations.

Was using 60g pickle transport containers. Just picked up some poly tanks for the new build. Most use brute trash cans or similar.

I use brute. I bought a bunch of plumbing to put it together but I've been lazy and never finished it.

I still have my 60g pickle barrels for sale, and am throwing in a couple of 3/4" uni-seal bulkheads to whoever buys them for setting up a mixing station. http://www.atlantareefclub.org/forums/showthread.php?t=93148">http://www.atlantareefclub.org/forums/showthread.php?t=93148</a>

I was going to set them up like this guy did with his containers:

A great setup for mixing and delivering to the tank and/or sump.
My new setup with polytanks will be configured similarly, the tanks will just be setup apart from each other due to space constraints.

A good thread on RC: http://www.reefcentral.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1711626&page=3">http://www.reefcentral.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1711626&page=3</a>

I think there is a guy using the exact barrels in one case.

I want to do something like post #63. Haven't decided what type of container to use. I would love to see some more people's setupsexy on here.
