Weird Storm Clown

I have a storm and a lightning clown. The lightning is hosted by a big rose anemone and I also have a rainbow by my storm will lie in the middle of the of the zoas rock I have. Is this normal. It's pissing me off lol

He seems fine and is eating but never saw this it's like he made an indentation into a field of zoas and lies in it.
