If you are using #16 give it 16-24 hours for a sump. With acrylic you will have 1700 psi strength at that point after a week it's 2200 psi.

E enderg60 Well-Known Member Market Messages 2,317 Reaction score 881 Oct 25, 2012 #5 its safe to put in the water after 30 min. Its not fully cured for 24-48 hours depending on the joint size. If its load bearing I would wait 48 hours. If its just a baffle, 24 hours is fine.
