What a difference!

Tim at Keen Reef hooked me up with the new 14k Phoenix bulb I have been looking for, for our 250w sunpod. I thought the lighting was nice before. This lamp is awesome. Amazing blue white light that has all the tank colors popping. Fish, corals and clams.

I had a Sunpod as well. The Current bulb is poor, IMO. I replaced it with a Phoenix. Diference was night and day. Keep the Current bulb as a backup.

did exactly that. Although the bulb is a little over nine months old, but it will do in a pinch.
