So I return home from work last nite around midnight and guess what I saw...? My whole LR aquascape had collapsed. It seemed as thought every piece had fallen. I was up until 4 am trying to re-aquascape my nano tank. The problem is that I had to remove around 30-40 lbs from my tank. Now I have a bunch of LR that I'll no longer need. I'll be transferring over to a 93 gallon cube soon and wasn't planning on using all of my older rock. So my question is what to do with the extra rock.

I have not got around to making an official thread asking for donations. If you would not mind donating it, I would love to set up a tank for my classroom. I want to share our joy for reefing with the kids and let them learn biology from taking care of the tank.

I would have love to set up the rock with tub heater powerheads and all, however I finished the aquascaping at 4am and had to be up at seven and haven't been home since. The rock is sitting in a bucket of saltwater from the tank (I did an emergency water change) and nothing else. Im sure all life is gone baby gone. I wouldnt mind offering it up to someone, I'm guessing it could make for good base rock? I'm just not sure if anyone would actually be interested.

It's wet alright, albeit in the garage. I'm sure the temp is pretty low. I can throw a heater and pump when I get home, of it'll preserve what's left.
