Nothing touches mine, unfortunately. I took a hard plastic straw, and whittled one end of it into the shape of a hypodermic needle and attached the other end to regular plastic tubing. Now when I am doing water changes, I use the pointy end to pierce and suck up larger ones while getting the small ones whole.
I'd get a small one like you are, then as they grow, swap it out every couple years. Nasos are slow growers, IME. Or, if the naso totally eliminaes it, you can rehome him after he takes care of it. My naso eats all he can reach.
