I have the chance to buy this tank for a pretty good price but don’t want something unhealthy
What are these white spots?

The tiny shots on the glass are copepods, the spots on the rock work appear to be spirobid snails, they are harmless, actually a sign of a healthy tank.

I don't see any issues besides maybe an aptasia in the bottom left and behind the Euphyllia. AptasiaX can take care of it easily.
Agreed! And I even think that those aren’t aiptasia, but instead are yellow polyps

I do see the yellow polyp colony but outside of that in the bottom left and behind the Euphyllia is a bit different looking(in my eyes). It could still be a piece of the yellow polyp coral that has made roots in other sections of the tank. Either way, no real issues with the system just from viewing the pictures.
Great eye! Yes, hard to tell from the photo; but that does look like it could be aiptasia.

Some of the white spots look more like nerite snail eggs which are of course just fine.
