what can i drill and what not?

im looking for something around 30 gallons. like the 30 gallon cubes and the 29 glllon tanks . ive drilled glass before ,but arent most tanks tempered glass?

I'm pretty sure most tank are not tempered-be VERY sure it's not before drilling-
