what do I feed them?

Ok, I have my first corals. Toadstool and Cabbage. What do they eat? I'm assuming they aren't hungry yet since there are no little fingers sticking out. One of the cabbages has little bumps on it but its not opened up yet. Can anyone tell me what kind of changes to look for and when/what to feed them.

Light is all they need

They don't "eat" the way we think of eating....

A lil light, some flow, and that's about all softies require....

They do "eat" but those particular corals are excellant at obtaining their nutrients from the water column and usually do well without dosing any other nutrients.
