what do red bugs look like

i got some corals from rit the other day and after reading he said he had them i think not sure but i want to know what they look like so if i see them i can kill them ..on side note i did dip the corals in the tropice marin stuff sam sells hope it worked

I'm not sure that the coral dip will kill redbugs. Those suckers don't die easy.

no problem rit i did dip them and dont see anything on them but it seems like this stuff has been going around the whole club besides at leaste its not flatworms
 
Those are some good pics of the LRB. When I had them a year ago, they didn't look very red to the naked eye, more brown. It took me a while to convince myself that I had them. The deciding point for me was seeing the little brown specks moving and walking around on the corals and the lack of growth and polyp extension. Also, be aware that they favor some acros over others. I had a purple tip colony they never touched but they almost killed a small tort colony. Also, in my experience, they like to hang in the shade.
