What do you do at meeting

I know that there are speakers and such but what exactly do you do? Trade frags? Talk with other reefers??

Sorry I couldn't help myself with the fightclub reference . Such a good movie heh. Anyways, I go for trading items mostly. I'm more of a read on your own kind of guy, so I don't typically get much out of speakers. It is nice putting faces with names though.

Depends on the venue. Sometimes it's at a fish store, sometimes there's a speakers, other times it's an informal session with hands-on demos. At all of them, everybody mingles for a while, chats, trade frags, etc - nobody's forced to do anything (except respect the speaker when they're in their talk). It's really what you want to make of it.

It'll have a speaker, so it'll be somewhat format. Go ahead and come check it out - there's no admission or anything for a meeting, and they're all a little different. It'd be like judging a TV show based only on one episode.
