What do you feed your corals?

Relatively new. Only been in hobby for 6 months. I have Zoas, softies and some LPS corals. What do you feed your corals? How often? I want to make sure I am doing all I can to help them thrive

Fish poo for the most part. Any of the properly sized frozen offerings if I'm feeling generous.

Thanks. I currently feed mysis feast and a frozen blend. I also use Seachem vibrance

My own mix of seafood from Hmart with garlic garlic guard and sometimes some fauna Marin pellets if they get lucky
